ABOUT OUR COLONIAL HOME
This Colonial Home has been in our family for over four generations. Great Granduncle contracted in 1890 the partial demolishing and reconstruction of the Estate with Italian Builder, Andres Zappata, who was one of a group of builders that came to Granada during the 30 years of Conservative Governments that followed the 1856 expulsion of Nicaragua of William Walker, who burned Granada as he was fleeing, leaving notes stating ¨Here Was Waker!¨. This house was one of the buildings affected by this event. 110 years later, we have concluded a full restoration of the house, leaving it as originally built, also respecting the Colonial Patrimony regulations issued by the Municipality of Granada.
This is a great opportunity to take in the Granada Colonial Experience and transport yourself in an tranquile and exclusive environment.
We aim at providing personalized and quality hospitality services that marks the difference, providing a truly colonial experience in a place where you can relax and enjoy your time and privacy individually or collectively, regardless of whether you are traveling alone,
with family of friends.
